All you need to do is go to the Business Directory on the top tab and type 'We knew" in the 'search' box. All businesses who are offering treats to visiting groups will come up in a list. You can then look through for the treats you would like.
If you are organising a group, please contact Council's Community and Economic Development people well in advance for the best result. They will put together a welcome "We knew you were coming" pack for each of your guests which includes information on how to access the treats plus brochures and maps on what to do in the district and a welcome letter from the Mayor.
South Waikato is a beautiful place to visit and the people are generous and warm hearted. This pack is one way they like to demonstrate this to you.

...offers employers a quick, easy, no-cost recruitment service. It’s a tailored, flexible package covering wage subsidies, training and in-work support.
Job Streams can support jobseekers most at risk of long term benefit dependence into work; for example, young jobseekers and sole parent jobseekers with work obligations.
The amount of the subsidy, level of training or in-work support depends on each client’s needs and where the gaps are in the current labour market. Combinations of wage subsidies and training can be considered, although some may only need one or the other to start working. Click here to find out more.
