economic climate there is continued investment in development and

Figures from the Quarterly review March 2008 showed there were 141
building consents issued for the construction and alteration of non-residential buildings, a rise of 4.4% from the year ended March 2007, compared
with a 1.7% decrease nationally during the same period. The value of non-residential building consents was $16.4 million, up 40.9% from the previous year.
